Human-Computer Interaction Study on LLM & Blood Lab Results

Description

This graduate research study focuses on LLMs and human-computer interaction with users. Your responses will be used for a graduate project at University of California, San Diego. Personally identifiable information from MTurk will not be stored from your responses as only the responses given directly in the questionaire below will be recorded. This study will focus on human-computer interaction and Large Language Model (i.e. ChatGPT) integration into healthcare. Please answer accurately and to the best of your abilities. Please avoid skimming past questions or not answering properly as described in the example section below. There may be attention check questions that require a specific response for accuracy purposes, please follow the prompt and answer exactly as directed in those cases. If you have never had a blood test before, please cancel your HIT.

Good vs. Bad Responses

Example Question: What are your thoughts on usability of website 1's design?

Good Response: "I prefer the design of the first website as the colors are easier for my eyes. I was able to find it much easier to navigate through the website compared to the other website which had a navigation bar I had to click every time."

Response was descriptive and can be used in a study for understanding LLMs. Responses don't have to be extremely lengthy as long as they contain usable feedback.

Bad Response: "It's good, I like it."

Not enough information for research purposes.
